This real estate company also remained active after the country's independence (1941). The item was designed by L. Leclerc (signed in the plate down on right). In the frame adapted from Arabic style elements, five vignettes are inserted. They portray views of Beirut (top left), and on the right separated by the company logo and pomegranate leaves. In the bottom vignette there is a view of Damascus, which is flanked by pomegranate branches with fruits. Two distinctive mosques with minaret's in various architectural styles fill out the lateral vignettes.
