History

The company was incorporated on 12 March 1921. It took over the company Junker & Ruh in Karlsruhe, which was founded on 1 February 1870. The company produced machines, machine parts, and metal products of all kinds (sewing machines as well as devices for the kitchen and domestic needs). The shares' design is similar to a German banknote ("Reichsbanknote") from 1910. Presumably its awareness level should lead to investors having confidence in the company and its shares.
